About Resolve AI

• At Resolve, were building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems from code to databases taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.

• Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.

• We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).

The Resolve AI Design Studio shapes and maintains our brand identity, ensuring a consistent and impactful presence both within the company and to the world. We bridge product, communications, and marketingtelling cohesive stories and creating compelling visuals across every touchpoint.

Communicating the advances and benefits of AI software engineering is still new territory. Our goal is to make it beautiful, accessible, and authentic.

What Youll Do

Youll work closely with the Creative Director to design across all brand and marketing initiatives, helping lay the foundation for how Resolve AIs brand grows and evolves. With our brand still young, theres room for experimentationin design style, processes, and tools (including AI) to help us move quickly as a small, high-impact team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Shaping and evolving Resolve AIs visual identity, aligning it with our mission.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to bring clear, strategic design concepts to life.

• Designing for a wide range of formatsweb, social, presentations, events, merchandise, video, and more.

• Creating visuals that simplify and clarify complex technology.

• Proposing innovative ideas for brand storytelling and campaigns.

• Partnering across teams to deliver high-visibility projects that define Resolve AIs public image.

You Might Thrive Here If You:

• Are a multidisciplinary designer across print, digital, and brand channels.

• Can build and maintain scalable brand systems in tools like Figma.

• Translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling concepts.

• Value aesthetics, user experience, and ethical design in AI.

• Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Apply systems-design thinking to templates and foundational brand assets.

• Enjoy collaboration and balancing multiple stakeholder needs.

What Were Looking For

• 4+ years in brand design with a strong portfolio of print and digital work.

• A portfolio that shows strength in brand design across channels.

• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.

• Skill in typography, color theory, and visual composition.

• Experience designing for web, presentations, print, events, and social media.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Degree in Fine Art, Design, or a related field.

• Based in San Francisco, in-office.

Nice to Have:

• Motion, animation, and rendering skills.

• Video editing experience.

• Familiarity with Figma AI for faster execution.

• Experience in front-end creative coding or generative art.

• Illustration skills.

• Background in machine learning or enterprise software industries.
