Pediatrics Physician at Inspire Healthcare summary:

A board-certified pediatrician providing comprehensive care including well-child visits, sick visits, vaccinations, screenings, and asthma management across four clinic locations in Las Vegas. Responsibilities include supervising nurse practitioners and physician assistants, conducting hospital rounds during clinic hours, and participating in incentive-based compensation programs. The position offers competitive salary, malpractice insurance, benefits, paid time off, and support for continuing medical education.

• Full time 40 hour per week
• Join group of 5 pediatricians and 4 APP's
• 4 offices in the Las Vegas area
• Supervision of NP's and PA's
• Hospital rounds are to be conducted inside of assigned clinic hours.
• Group provides well child visits, sick child visits, vaccinations, screenings/tests, school and sports physicians, asthma program and more!

• Salary range is 160k base to 190k base depending on experience
• Our providers earn anywhere from 10k to 50k in incentives each year. Incentive bonus available.
• Employee will be paid a quality incentive based on current incentive contracts established by the practice
• 3 year contract
• Malpractice insurance, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401k with3% in matching contributions.
• 18 days PTOthat encompasses all vacation, sick and CME
• Employee will receive paid holidays each yearand the practice will be closed: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Two floating holidays that will be either the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and/ or New Years Eve will also be given as paid holidays.
