Job Title: Industrial Painter

Shift- Train on day shift 5am- 3:30pm Monday-Thursday

Actual Shift- Friday, Saturday & Sunday- 5am-5pm - Work 36 get paid for 40 !

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying. This role requires someone who can read a tape measure in both metric and standard units. A minimum of 3-6 months of industrial painting experience or completion of a paint certification course is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform industrial painting tasks including sanding, priming, taping, finishing, and spraying.
• Read and utilize tape measures in both metric and standard units.
• Operate electric hand grinders and overhead cranes as needed.
• Meet production standards and maintain quality control.
• Engage in sand/shot blasting activities.

Essential Skills

• Industrial painting with at least 6 months of experience.
• Ability to read and interpret tape measures in metric and standard.
• Understanding of HVLP, paint prep, spray, electrostatic, and blasting techniques.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with electric hand grinding.
• Overhead crane operation skills.
• Ability to meet production standards.
• Sand/shot blasting experience.
• Recent completion of a paint certification course is a plus.
• Solid recent work history of at least 6 months.

Work Environment

You will work in an industrial environment that is loud, dusty, and contains metal particles and paint chemicals. The role requires standing on concrete floors and work platforms, often climbing step stools. You will work alongside machinists, welders, assemblers, and forklift operators.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shady Grove, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $21.25/hr.
