Gap Inc. is seeking a driven and forward-thinking leader to join the Total Rewards team as Program/Project Manager, Operations. In this role, you'll lead high-impact projects that enhance our compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs - advancing our mission to be a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture.
As a key contributor, you'll manage cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch, overseeing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure seamless execution. Partnering closely with the Head of Total Rewards and Leaders, you'll streamline decision-making, shape project scope, and align deliverables with enterprise priorities.

Salary Range: $120,400 - $159,500 USD
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
