About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the CEO, assisting in the planning and execution of organizational objectives, and ensuring the alignment of goals across the company. This includes acting as a trusted advisor, coordinating key initiatives, and managing complex projects and communications.
