About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a pivotal role that demands a highly motivated and ambitious individual. This includes leading the Founder's Office, taking ownership of top business priorities, and designing and executing a leadership operating model. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have 6-12+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy work, with a strong background in management consulting, operations at a high-growth tech company, investment banking, or a combination of these. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives. An AI-native mindset, the ability to excel in high-growth, ambiguous environments, and experience with global teams are also key attributes that the company is seeking.
