About The Role KITSCH is seeking a driven, hungry, high-potential Amazon PPC Manager to join our Amazon Storefront team. This is an Entry-Level to Mid-Level position with a clear path to leadership. You will start by learning Amazon Performance Marketing under mentorship and evolve into a key player overseeing 8-figure annual ad spend and leading a team. If you are growth-obsessed, analytical, and ready to outwork the competition, this role is your launchpad. **Responsibilities include:**

1. Support daily management of Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
2. Assist in optimizing budgets, bids, and keywords to meet performance targets.
3. Analyze and report on KPIs, providing insights for improvement.
4. Learn advanced campaign structures, optimization tactics, and scaling strategies.
5. Stay updated on Amazon Ads trends and platform changes.
6. Collaborate with Creative, Operations, and Marketplace teams.
7. Prepare for increased responsibilities, including hiring and managing junior analysts.

**Qualifications:**

• 1 year of experience in Amazon Ads, eCommerce Marketing, or Digital Media.
• Skills: Excel/Google Sheets, performance data analysis, desire to grow into a marketing leader.
• Preferred: Seller Central, Amazon Ads Console, Helium 10, Perpetua, Pacvue.
• Soft skills: Proactiveness, organization, attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong work ethic.

• Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 based on experience
